4. PETITION #2008-04: Fred J. Shaw, 48454 Sugarbush Road, Chesterfield, MI 48047. Requesting a height variance of 7” on a recently built detached garage, total height is 16’7”. Errors were made during construction (see letter from builder) located at the address above.

5. PETITION #2008-05: Frederick Schwarze, 52293 Creek Lane, Chesterfield, MI 48047. Requesting variance #1, to allow second structure, and #2, variance to be 126’ over allowed square footage on total, petitioner has an existing 726’ attached, and is proposing a 320’ detached located at above address.

6. PETITION #2008-06: Charles Wick, 50348 Rose Marie Drive, Chesterfield, MI 48047. Requesting variance to allow 45” high, decorative, open weave, aluminum fence in the front and side setbacks. Yard facing Salt River is considered the front yard. Located at above address.

7. Old Business. ZBA PETITION #2007-37: Elmer Rabine, 48280 Jefferson, Chesterfield, MI 48047. Previous variance was granted November 14, 2007. Petitioner is requesting an extension of 180 days due to particular timing of this approval (see letter of extension)
