NOTICE OF RE-SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARINGCHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CHESTERFIELDZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Chesterfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals meeting scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2020 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, July 8, 2020. The meeting will be held, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Township offices located at 47275 Sugarbush, regarding Section #76-335(4)b,1., of Chesterfield Township Code of Ordinances, for a front yard setback variance of 21.1 feet from the required 120 feet from center of the right-of-way, located on the south side of 23 Mile Road, west of English Oaks Drive Parcel ID 09-22-101-028, 09-22-101-044, and 09-22-101-026 will be held on July 8, 2020.
The meeting and public hearing are being postponed in accordance with Executive Orders 2020-75 and 2020-77 issued by Governor Whitmer, the Declaration of Local State of Emergency issued by Supervisor Acciavatti on March 16, 2020, the Declaration of State of Emergency issued by the Governor on March 10, 2020 and the Proclamation issued by President Donald J. Trump declaring a National Emergency Concerning the Novel Corona Virus Disease Outbreak.
The applicant’s request and the appeal will be explained in further detail at the public hearing. You are invited to express your views by appearing in person at the hearing or by submitting written comments addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals delivered to the Township Clerk at the Township Hall on or before July 8, 2020.
