Meadow Lane Special Assessment District

The Meadow Lane Special Assessment District (SAD) paving project is currently underway. The SAD process began in November of 2018 and included two options for residents to choose from. The district opted to proceed with a crush and reshape of Meadow Lane.

This project is being managed by the Macomb County Department of Roads (MCDR) and was possible due to its inclusion in the MCDR 50/50 Subdivision Street Reconstruction Program, and approval of the SAD from the residents of the District.

Construction Schedule and Phases:

Phase 1: Crushing, shaping, and fine grading of the road was completed during the week of September 30, 2019.

Phase 2: Paving the road is estimated to begin the week of October 7, 2019.

Phase 3: Final restoration estimate completion by October 31, 2019.

During this time, parts of the road may be closed to traffic passing through and only open to residents residing on Meadow Lane.
